Daher wirkt sich Schlafmangel negativ auf den K\u00f6rper und die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit aus, was das Erreichen von Fitnesszielen verlangsamen kann.<\/p><p>Wenn es um die Genesung geht, ist Schlaf genauso wichtig wie das, was Sie essen und trinken. Schlafmangel hat nachweislich Auswirkungen auf den Glukosestoffwechsel, von dem die Muskelregeneration abh\u00e4ngt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat die Forschung einen Zusammenhang zwischen chronischem Schlafmangel und Gewichtszunahme nachgewiesen.
