Auch wenn wir theoretisch komplett auf Kohlenhydrate verzichten k\u00f6nnten, spielen sie dennoch eine wichtige Rolle in unserem K\u00f6rper, die vor allem der Energieversorgung dient.<\/p><p>Die einfachste Unterteilung erfolgt in einfach und komplex, wobei einfache sogenannte sofortige Energie liefern, w\u00e4hrend komplexe eine l\u00e4ngere Zeit f\u00fcr den Stoffwechsel ben\u00f6tigen, was sie \u00fcberlegen macht.<\/p><p>Zu den kohlenhydratreichen Lebensmitteln geh\u00f6ren:<br \/>&#8211; Getreide<br \/>&#8211; Obst<br \/>&#8211; Gem\u00fcse<br \/>&#8211; Milchprodukte<br \/>&#8211; H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte und Erbsen<\/p><p>Kohlenhydrate werden im K\u00f6rper in Form von Glykogen in der Leber und den Muskeln gespeichert. Ein Gramm Kohlenhydrate hat etwa 4 kcal und die Menge, die wir \u00fcber den Tag verteilt ben\u00f6tigen, sollte an unsere Aktivit\u00e4ten angepasst werden. Wenn wir k\u00f6rperlich aktiv sind, ben\u00f6tigen wir mehr Energie und damit Kohlenhydrate. Wenn wir uns dazu entschlie\u00dfen, den ganzen Tag vor dem Fernseher zu verbringen und Netflix zu schauen, ist der Verzehr von Kohlenhydraten nicht die beste Idee.<\/p><p>Das Einzige an diesem Makron\u00e4hrstoff ist, dass ich keine konkrete Empfehlung dazu habe, wie viel er verzehrt werden sollte, da das v\u00f6llig individuell ist. Genau aus diesem Grund sind Kohlenhydrate der perfekte N\u00e4hrstoff f\u00fcr die Ern\u00e4hrungsumstellung oder den Aufbau von Muskelmasse. Bei einer ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung sollten Sie vor allem auf eine ausreichende Protein- und Fettzufuhr achten und dann die Menge an Kohlenhydraten nutzen, um das Erreichen Ihrer Fitnessziele zu regulieren.<\/p><p>Dennoch gibt es Tagesabschnitte, an denen der Verzehr von Kohlenhydraten empfohlen wird \u2013 z. B. morgens zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass der K\u00f6rper nach ein paar Stunden Schlaf und der letzten Mahlzeit seine Glykogenspeicher weitgehend geleert hat und Energie ben\u00f6tigt. Ein Vorschlag f\u00fcr ein kohlenhydratreiches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck w\u00e4ren zum Beispiel Haferflocken mit Skyr und Beeren.<\/p><p>Au\u00dferdem ist es sinnvoll, die Einnahme dieses Makron\u00e4hrstoffs zeitlich auf das Training abzustimmen \u2013 zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr die Kraft und dann zum Auff\u00fcllen der Glykogenreserven in den Muskeln.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kohlenhydrate sind der einzige Makron\u00e4hrstoff, der nicht essentiell ist, das hei\u00dft, er wird vom K\u00f6rper nicht zum \u00dcberleben ben\u00f6tigt.
