Ern\u00e4hrung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Einer der h\u00e4ufigsten Fehler, die mir auffallen, ist die Vernachl\u00e4ssigung einer richtigen Ern\u00e4hrung, die mit den gesetzten Fitnesszielen im Einklang steht. Wenn Sie ein Fitnessziel wie\u00a0 Fit werden, Gewicht verlieren oder Muskelmasse aufbauen setzen \u2013 in all diesen F\u00e4llen reicht Sport allein NICHT aus. Ich kann das nicht genug betonen!<\/p><p>Nahrung ist Treibstoff f\u00fcr unseren K\u00f6rper und wenn wir ihn nicht richtig ern\u00e4hren, werden wir nicht die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse erzielen. Zwar erfordert die Umsetzung einer angemessenen Ern\u00e4hrung viel mehr Disziplin und Verzicht als das Training selbst, aber niemand hat gesagt, dass es einfach sein w\u00fcrde, oder?<\/p><p>Kalorienz\u00e4hlen ist normalerweise die beste Methode, um sich bewusst zu machen, was und wie viel man isst. Daher empfehle ich meinen Kunden, die Probleme haben, diese wichtigste Herausforderung zu meistern, auf diese Weise ihre alten Gewohnheiten zu \u00e4ndern. Erst wenn dies geschieht, werden die Ergebnisse sichtbar. Nat\u00fcrlich handelt es sich nicht um eine \u201eDi\u00e4t- oder Trainingssituation\u201c, es ist wichtig zu wissen, in welchem \u200b\u200bUmfang und auf welche Weise man beides integrieren kann, um die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.<\/p><p>Man h\u00f6rt oft, dass das Erreichen eines Fitnessziels zu 70 % von der Ern\u00e4hrung und zu 50 % vom Training abh\u00e4ngt. Meiner Meinung nach ist ein korrekteres Verh\u00e4ltnis 50\/50. Ich sage das aus pers\u00f6nlicher Erfahrung und der Erfahrung meiner Kunden. Das eine geht ohne das andere einfach nicht. Um Ihr volles Potenzial auszusch\u00f6pfen, m\u00fcssen Sie sowohl dem Training als auch der Ern\u00e4hrung die gleiche Aufmerksamkeit schenken.<\/p><p>Das bedeutet nicht, dass man auf alles Leckere verzichten oder jeden Tag bis zur Ersch\u00f6pfung trainieren muss.
