Einfach ist es nicht. Eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften Probleme meiner Kunden ist \u2013 Motivation. Wie kann man sich \u201ezwingen\u201c, jedes Mal problemlos zum Training zu gehen? Wir sind nicht immer gut gelaunt, manchmal sind wir m\u00fcde, aber es ist wichtig, Kontinuit\u00e4t und Dynamik zu bewahren, und daf\u00fcr brauchen wir Motivation. Hier ein paar kurze Tipps, wie Sie stets motiviert zum Training gehen:<\/p><p><strong>1.\u00a0 Definieren Sie Ihre Fitnessziele und erinnern Sie sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig daran. Schreiben Sie sie auf und formulieren Sie Ihre Ziele konkret. Setzen Sie sich nicht \u201eAbnehmen\u201c zum Ziel, sondern definieren Sie genau, wie viel Sie in einem bestimmten Zeitraum verlieren m\u00f6chten.<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2. Wenn Sie Hilfe ben\u00f6tigen, fragen Sie danach. Es kann ein Freund sein, der Sie unterst\u00fctzt und noch besser \u2013 der mit Ihnen trainiert. Oder ein Personaltrainer, der Sie mit all seinem Fachwissen und seiner Unterst\u00fctzung an Ihre Fitness-Verantwortung erinnert.<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3. <\/strong><strong>Wie und wie viel man isst, ist entscheidend f\u00fcr das Erreichen von Fitnesszielen, aber auch f\u00fcr die Motivation. Es ist schwer zu erwarten, dass wir motiviert sind, wenn wir hungrig sind. Doch Hunger zu haben ist nicht das Ziel einer Reduktionsdi\u00e4t. Das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Grundlagen einer gesunden, ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung macht einen gro\u00dfen Unterschied. Wenn Sie auch dabei Hilfe ben\u00f6tigen, wenden Sie sich an einen Ern\u00e4hrungsberater oder Trainer.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4. Planung und Organisation sind der Schl\u00fcssel zur Aufrechterhaltung der Motivation. Wenn Sie morgens trainieren, bereiten Sie Ihre Trainingsausr\u00fcstung am Abend zuvor vor. Wenn Sie nach der Arbeit trainieren, halten Sie bereits eine Tasche bereit, die Sie bei sich tragen, damit Sie nach der Arbeit nicht nach Hause zur\u00fcckkommen m\u00fcssen, um sie zu holen.<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5. Beginnen Sie mit kleinen Ver\u00e4nderungen und steigern Sie diese nach und nach.
