{"id":23737,"date":"2023-11-06T08:02:08","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T08:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fitisitbypetra.hr\/masti\/"},"modified":"2024-07-29T11:06:42","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T11:06:42","slug":"masti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fitisitbypetra.hr\/de\/masti\/","title":{"rendered":"Fette"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fette sind (zusammen mit Proteinen) ein weiterer essentieller Makron\u00e4hrstoff, d. h. derjenige, ohne den der menschliche K\u00f6rper nicht \u00fcberleben kann.<\/p><p>Sie liefern uns nicht nur Energie, sondern sind auch f\u00fcr die Regulierung verschiedener hormoneller Prozesse in unserem K\u00f6rper unerl\u00e4sslich. Es ist interessant, hier Testosteron zu erw\u00e4hnen, ein Hormon, das am Muskelaufbau beteiligt ist und ohne eine ausreichende Aufnahme von Nahrungsfetten kann er nicht ausgesch\u00fcttet werden.<\/p><p>Fette werden in unges\u00e4ttigte und ges\u00e4ttigte (oder wie man es oft h\u00f6rt \u2013 gute und schlechte) unterteilt, aber beide haben ihre Funktion im K\u00f6rper und es ist wichtig, beide zu konsumieren (mit Schwerpunkt auf unges\u00e4ttigten).<\/p><p>Fetten wurde meiner Meinung nach zu Unrecht der Status eines Makron\u00e4hrstoffs zugeschrieben, den man meiden sollte und der f\u00fcr die Gewichtszunahme verantwortlich ist. Im Gegenteil, viele Studien haben gezeigt, dass Zucker und Kalorien\u00fcberschuss f\u00fcr die Ansammlung von Fettablagerungen verantwortlich sind, nicht Nahrungsfett. In den letzten Jahren wurde viel \u00fcber Cholesterin und die Lebensmittel, die es enthalten, gesprochen, weshalb man sie angeblich meiden sollte. Und das stellte sich als falsch heraus \u2013 Cholesterin wird von unserer Leber produziert und die Menge des Gesamtcholesterins in unserem K\u00f6rper hat tats\u00e4chlich sehr wenig mit dem Cholesterin zu tun, das wir \u00fcber die Nahrung aufnehmen. Tats\u00e4chlich kommt es absurderweise vor, dass unsere Leber mehr davon produziert, wenn wir zu wenig Cholesterin \u00fcber die Nahrung aufnehmen, was zu einem Anstieg der Gesamtmenge an Cholesterin im K\u00f6rper f\u00fchrt!<\/p><p>Dementsprechend gibt es keinen Grund, bei der Zubereitung eines Omeletts Eigelb wegzuwerfen oder nicht gelegentlich beispielsweise H\u00fchnerleber zu essen, die neben ihrem hohen Eiwei\u00dfgehalt auch eine wahre Fundgrube an Eisen und anderen Mineralien ist, die f\u00fcr das gesunde Funktionieren des K\u00f6rpers notwendig sind. Nat\u00fcrlich sollte man, wie bei allem, nicht \u00fcbertreiben.<\/p><p>Einige der besten Fettquellen sind:<br \/>&#8211; Oliven-, Flachs-, K\u00fcrbis- und Hanf\u00f6l<br \/>&#8211; Kokosnuss\u00f6l<br \/>&#8211; Avocado<br \/>&#8211; N\u00fcsse<br \/>&#8211; Samen wie Leinsamen, Chia , K\u00fcrbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne&#8230;<\/p><p>Ein gesunder, k\u00f6rperlich aktiver Mensch sollte etwa 1 g Fett pro K\u00f6rpergewicht zu sich nehmen. Wenn Sie also 70 kg wiegen, sollten Sie 70 g Fett pro Tag essen.
